1. Choose a Coaching Program: Decide whether you'd like to join our individualized nutrition coaching program.
2. Apply for Eligibility with Truemed: Truemed works with licensed practitioners to determine if your training expenses qualify as medical expenses. If approved, you’ll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity. Completing this application will cost $20. You will receive your money back if you are ineligible for savings. If you are eligible, you will save 30% on programs moving forward by using your pretax HSA or FSA dollars.
3. Pay for Coaching: Use your regular credit or debit card to purchase coaching packages with your coach via Everfit Payments.
4. Reimburse Yourself: Submit the receipt and your Letter of Medical Necessity to your HSA/FSA administrator to get reimbursed.
