I help hardworking, successful women who have tried it all optimize their nutrition with high-efficiency strategies that fit seamlessly into their demanding lives—no strict diets, no time-consuming meal plans, just real results.
I help hardworking, successful women overcome the physical and mental roadblocks keeping them stuck in a body they hate through individualized, high-efficiency nutrition coaching—ultimately setting them free from:
And all the other self-destructive thoughts and behaviors standing between them and their goal: living a long, happy life made possible by a healthy body and a positive mindset.
Because I am one of them.
I’m a woman. A woman who grew up believing the number on the scale determined my worth. A woman who was naturally beautiful but didn’t realize it until adulthood. A woman who spent her teenage years obsessed with calories, always wanting to be thinner, taller, prettier—thinking I needed better clothes, perfect skin, and expensive health products just to be enough.
I watched so many other women go through the same thing—feeling ugly, fat, and guilty. Trying one fad after another just to feel better, always researching, always investing in one more thing (the quick fix that surely must work this time). Only to be left with complicated, time-consuming, and unrealistic plans, more frustration, more weight gain, and more negative self-talk.
Until eventually, we give up.
We let our busy lives take priority over our health. We ignore the uncomfortable symptoms as they worsen, numbing ourselves with alcohol and ice cream.
Meanwhile, we wish there were a simpler solution. Not even for weight loss—that’s not really the point anymore. We just want to feel good without uprooting our entire lives.
Because we’re sick of it.
Sick of letting our responsibilities win.
Sick of watching depression, anxiety, and chronic illness take over our lives.
Sick of fad diets failing us while influencers profit off our desperation.
Sick of being fed fake food that’s poisoning us in ways we don’t even realize.
Sick of healthcare, food, and pharmaceutical industries making billions while keeping us sick and addicted.
Sick of seeing obesity and chronic illness skyrocket, even though we know exactly why it’s a problem—and exactly how to fix it.
And we’re afraid—afraid of becoming a statistic. Just another woman struggling with weight, chronic illness, and no time or resources to do anything about it.
That fear shook me to the core. The reality that if I didn’t change my diet and lifestyle YESTERDAY, I could end up just like the women before me—sitting in a doctor’s office, being told my BMI was too high but never given any real solutions.
So I changed.
I changed myself, my family, and my entire approach to health. And now, I help as many women as I can do the same—to stop letting busy schedules and quick fixes get in the way and instead live a healthy, fulfilling life where food drama and physical insecurities fade into the background, replaced with passion and purpose.
Because it feels good to feel good.
I grew up on what I like to call the “meat-and-cheese diet.” And let me tell you, it was damn tasty. But little did I know, most of what my family was eating was packed with artificial additives and pesticides. Venison was probably the healthiest thing in our diet, and I’m grateful for that. But nearly every single meal revolved around meat, cheese, and potatoes.
I’m not saying these foods are bad—in fact, they can absolutely be part of a healthy diet when paired with the right things and enjoyed in moderation. But the way we ate? It was meat, cheese, and potatoes on repeat, mixed with Hamburger Helper, fast food, and very little of the fruits and veggies my body actually needed. The result? Poor nutrition and one very constipated little kiddo.
I don’t blame my parents at all. They were busy—really busy—and like many families, they kept it simple. Between work, responsibilities, and everything else that comes with raising a family, they didn’t have the time or resources to think about food the way I do now. They did the best they could with what they were taught—what they genuinely believed was good for us. In my family, anything cooked at home was considered healthy. Or at least, that’s how I saw it.
As I got older, I started learning more about nutrition—first through high school cooking classes, then just out of pure curiosity. I remember coming home one day after learning about fiber in school and searching every cabinet for something with more than just one gram of fiber. The best I could find? A highly processed chocolate Fiber One bar, Honey Bunches of Oats cereal, and an apple in the fridge. Not the recipe for a fiber-rich diet, that’s for sure.
For most of my childhood, I struggled with bloating, constipation, fatigue, anxiety, and hormonal imbalances—issues I now know were directly linked to my diet.
Even in nursing school, where I learned so much about how the body works, my eating habits didn’t change much. I had a crazy busy schedule, and I convinced myself that I didn’t have the time to eat healthy. I was juggling long shifts, assignments, and clinicals, and somehow, I thought I could get by on quick, convenient, and often processed meals (I’m looking at you, Taco Bell). It felt like I was too busy to make good choices, so I just didn't.
Sure, I’d have moments of inspiration, but I never felt like I had enough time to change—nor did I know where to begin.
That moment didn’t come until March 2023.
At the time, my husband and I were traveling in our camper, living on a tight budget. We ran out of the venison we relied on, and frankly, we couldn’t afford high-quality meat from the grocery store—not every day, not even every week. We had to figure out how to nourish ourselves without so much meat.
So I started reading. A lot. The more I learned about nutrition, the more my husband and I realized we were ready for a complete overhaul.
I vividly remember that day in March—parked in some middle-of-nowhere campground in Tennessee—spending hours making a list of what we’d stop buying, gathering new recipes, and clearing out our camper shelves to start fresh. I even remember stopping at a homeless encampment to donate our unopened processed foods because I wanted every ounce of temptation gone.
At first, the transition was surprisingly easy—just the two of us on the road, no family gatherings, no work parties, no distractions. Within weeks, both of us unintentionally dropped 10–20 pounds of stubborn weight. My energy skyrocketed, bloating disappeared, and my hormonal issues started to significantly improve—all without changing our exercise levels.
But the real challenge came that summer.
Family gatherings, holidays, busy schedules—real life. We quickly realized that trying to eat “perfectly” 100% of the time wasn’t sustainable. So instead of letting our progress slip, we created our own 80-20 rule:
This method wasn’t always easy—temptations were real—but by then, we had real reasons to stay on track. We had already felt the difference, and there was no going back.
Now, two years later, this way of eating is second nature. The 80-20 rule is just one of the simple dietary measures that keep us feeling good while allowing flexibility for real life.
And that’s exactly what I want to help others achieve.
My mission is to help women break free from food obsession, fad diets, and restrictive eating—to make healthy eating simple, sustainable, and enjoyable for LIFE. No calorie counting. No guilt. Just real food, real results, and a healthier, happier version of you.
Because it feels damn good to feel good.
