I started Health Transformed Wellness Coaching to help health-conscious individuals implement positive lifestyle changes that will help them feel truly good—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Over the past few years, I have been navigating digestive health issues that led me to focus on my nutrition. It was frustrating not knowing what was wrong, and I felt overwhelmed trying to figure it out on my own. During this time, I realized I needed to prioritize a nutritious whole foods diet, but I didn't want to give up the foods I love or break the bank. I learned how to balance eating healthy with enjoying my favorite foods without feeling deprived or guilty.
This journey taught me that it's possible to eat well without sacrificing the joy of eating, and I wanted to share this with others who might be struggling too. I decided wellness coaching was the next step because I wanted to help others do what I did, but so much faster and easier.
Growing up in northern Wisconsin, I spent a lot of time outdoors, hiking, fishing, and exploring the beautiful landscapes. This instilled in me a love for physical activity and the importance of staying active.
When I started traveling the states in my tiny camper, this passion only grew stronger. Being on the road, often in confined spaces, I needed an outlet to prevent cabin fever. I discovered creative ways to stay fit and healthy, no matter where I was.
This experience showed me that physical activity can be fun and flexible, fitting into any lifestyle. As I settle into my new home in the Appalachian mountains, it is my goal to help people like me prioritize the physical activity they love rather than forcing unsustainable exercise regimens.
As a Registered Nurse and Health and Wellness Coach, I bring a unique perspective to the table. My background in healthcare has equipped me with a deep understanding of the human body and the importance of holistic well-being.
I've spent years caring for patients and witnessing firsthand the impact that lifestyle choices can have on health. This experience has fueled my passion for helping others achieve optimal health through personalized wellness coaching.
